2. Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
Prices, product availability, and specifications are subject to change without prior notice.
We strive to display accurate product images and descriptions; however, slight variations may occur.
3. Orders & Payments
Orders can be placed via our websites, apps, or social media channels.
We accept mobile banking, cash on delivery (COD), card payments, and other available gateways.
Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment (except COD) and may be subject to stock verification.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We offer delivery across all 64 districts of Bangladesh.
Standard delivery times are 2–5 working days depending on location.
Delays due to natural disasters, political unrest, or courier issues are beyond our control.
5. Return & Refund Policy
Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method or as store credit, based on our review.
6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement unless it has already been dispatched.
Once shipped, orders are subject to our return policy instead.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our websites — including logos, images, text, videos, and design — is the property of Mega International and its brands.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
